- Deliver comprehensive administrative and strategic assistance to the Director, ensuring seamless execution across all business ventures and initiatives.
- Proactively track tasks, deadlines, and key decisions, providing well-reasoned recommendations with clear advantages, risks, and business insights.
- Optimize the Director’s schedule by prioritizing engagements, filtering requests, and managing a dynamic, fast-paced calendar.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and stakeholder engagements (both internal and external).
- Develop high-quality reports, proposals, term sheets, presentations, and strategic analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Draft, review, and oversee legal documentation, including contracts, compliance materials, and regulatory filings.
- Perform market, financial, and legal due diligence to evaluate business expansion and acquisition opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on corporate legal matters, including labour law, taxation, corporate finance, and partnership structures.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring secure and organized record-keeping.
- Attend executive meetings, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions for accountability.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, legal advisors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Facilitate M&A processes, including due diligence, deal coordination, and post-acquisition integration.
- Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
- Drive strategic projects forward, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Resolve ad-hoc challenges and requests with efficiency and sound judgment.
- Strong business sense with an understanding of multiple industries
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated legal and analytical skills, ability to digest contracts, proposals and complex data.
- Strong communication skills- clear, concise and diplomatic
- Strong personality – calm, tactful and trustworthy, able to manage a fast moving boss.
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and corporate advisory matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with legal exposure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Male candidates preferred due to job nature and travel requirements.
- Ability to manage unstructured schedules and adapt to last-minute changes effectively.
