Graphic Designer

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience in both digital (e.g., web, social media) and print (e.g., brochures, packaging) design.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and file preparation.

• 1-3 years of working experience in a design or creative role (junior level).
• 3-5+ years for mid or senior-level positions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creativity.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to receive and act on constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker, and problem solver.

• Create visual assets such as logos, brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, website elements, packaging, etc.
• Understand project requirements.
• Interpret client or internal briefs to develop creative concepts and execute accordingly.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Help develop and refine brand guidelines.

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to support campaign goals.
• Communicate effectively with copywriters, developers, and printers.

• Prepare designs for both digital (e.g., social media, email, web) and print (e.g., flyers, business cards, signage) media.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready or optimized for web use, including proper resolution, color format, bleed, etc.

• Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, sometimes under tight timeframes.

• Enhance or manipulate images as needed for design materials.
