HSE - Senior Executive : (1 to 2 years of relevant experience) Working location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Remark: This is a 12 month contractual role working 8-12 hrs per week. Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994) is an advantage but not required. Basic understanding of QHSEE Standards requirements ( ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and its implementation in IT Facility Management Services desirable but not mandatory. Exposure to Environmental and Health, Safety legislations, local applicable laws He or she should understand and Implement HSE Guidelines for HCLTech with the collaboration of Site leads & Function leads. 1-2 years of work experience in any field (preferably HR, administration, operations, or facilities management). Basic understanding of workplace safety hazards, emergency procedures, and ergonomic risks. Experience in assisting with safety inspections, fire drills, or employee training is beneficial. Ability to document and report incidents, safety concerns, and corrective actions. In addition, the employee can undergo our own internal Safety trainings to be a coordinator, outside training organization accredited by NIOSH is also available but not mandatory.
