Senior 3D Designer

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or any related field.
• Proven experience in 3D event design, preferably in a creative or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse 3D design projects.
• Proficiency in 3D design software and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and textures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for China clients).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with a diverse community.
• Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content and graphic ideas.
• Previous experience in event management is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to sites when required.

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of 3D design concepts for events, considering client preferences, design requirements, branding & objectives.
• Develop detailed 3D renderings, design briefs, models, mood boards, and visual presentations of event spaces based on client's Corporate Identity.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Able to design creative ideas after brainstorming with the marketing/project team and creative director.
• Conduct quality checks on all 3D design elements to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• Present creative ideas to clients & internal stakeholders; communicate to develop an artistic approach & style.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Create innovative and visually appealing event concepts and designs; prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals for client approval.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality 3D renderings and visual representations.
• Integrate materials, lighting, and textures into 3D designs to enhance realism and atmosphere.
• Manage multiple 3D design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Evaluate event venues and spaces to optimize layout and design.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

• Develop and manage design budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to client budgets.
• Provide cost estimates for design elements and manage expenses.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into the creative process.
• Maintain open communication to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with design vision.
• Work closely with clients to incorporate their feedback into the 3D design process.
• Present visual representations to clients for approval and adjustments.

• Collaborate closely with project, designers, and operations team to integrate 3D design seamlessly into overall event concepts.
• Provide design specifications and guidance for the production of physical and digital materials.
• Provide insights on spatial design and technical feasibility.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior 3D designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design team.
• Review and provide feedback on team members' work.

• Support the internal project planning teams by providing insights into client preferences.
• Collaborate with the internal project operation team to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Liaise with internal event and creative teams for client inquiries or requests.
