- Build relationships with new customer, cold call is required
- Explore, identify and grab business opportunities in market.
- Promote company solution and product by having regular visit to all stakeholder as well as participating in or organizing marketing events.
- Prepare presentation slide and present to all potential customers in the market. 6. Laise with stakeholder to secure projects
- Work with team members to generate project proposal, present to customers, conclude PO.
- Carry out tender exercise, spec-in, tender preparation, submission, technical clarification, price negotiation.
- understand and analyze the needs of the market and work closely with in house marketing team to conclude a right product at right price level in production development plan.
- Discuss and conclude sales strategy with superior.
- Prepare market report, sales report, forecast, progress report.
- Attend monthly sales meeting
- With at least 8 years chiller and/or HPAC sales experience in manufacturer, for ex., Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, Smardt, Dunhambush
- presentable, talkative, outgoing
- Read, write, speak in Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
