About The Role We are looking for an Audit Senior to lead SME audit engagements and progress towards Audit Manager. You will take ownership of your own portfolio, guide junior staff, and work directly with partners in a 20-year-established ACCA Gold Approved Employer firm. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements end-to-end - planning, fieldwork, completion and reporting. Review working papers prepared by junior and semi-senior staff; provide clear, constructive feedback. Prepare and finalise financial statements and audit reports in compliance with ISA, MPERS and MFRS. Assess key risk areas including revenue recognition, related parties and going concern. Manage client communication throughout the engagement and resolve audit issues on a timely basis. Coordinate with the tax team on tax provisions and deferred tax. Supervise and develop 2-4 staff on each assignment and help build a high-performing team. Requirements 3-5 years of external audit experience in a public accounting firm. Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA finalist or member preferred. Strong working knowledge of MPERS and/or MFRS and ISAs. Able to lead engagements with minimal supervision and take ownership of deadlines and quality. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage. Familiar with audit software (e.g. AMC/AXP) or willing to learn our systems quickly. What We Offer Salary range: RM4,800 - RM6,200 per month depending on experience, with 6-month performance review.
