Quality Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Oversee inspection and testing of materials and finished products.
• Lead and manage a team of QA inspectors and technicians.
• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of QA activities.
• Train staff on QA processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Quality Management certifications (CQE, CQM) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing quality management.
• Strong experience in welding and electrical termination.
• Knowledge of powder coating and galvanisation for mild steel.
• Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
