\n\t * \n\tDevelop and execute 360° marketing plans and annual brand strategies to drive product awareness and market growth. \n\t \n\t * \n\tOversee product portfolio performance: planning, positioning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management. \n\t \n\t * \n\tDrive digital marketing strategies (social media, website, SEO, paid media) in collaboration with the digital team. \n\t \n\t * \n\tManage ATL/BTL campaigns, including media planning, events, in-store promotions, and healthcare professional outreach. \n\t \n\t * \n\tLead market research initiatives to analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence. \n\t \n\t * \n\tCollaborate with Sales, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance. \n\t \n\t * \n\tWork with agencies and creative partners to develop compelling brand communications. \n\t \n\t * \n\tMonitor and optimize marketing ROI, budgets, and KPIs. \n\t \n\t * \n\tMentor and guide a team of junior marketers or brand executives, if applicable. \n\t \n \n\nJob Requirement: \n\n
\n\t * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
\n\t * 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
\n\t * Strong strategic thinking, brand management, and execution skills.
\n\t * Proven experience with product launches and consumer health trends.
\n\t * Digital marketing proficiency (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, analytics tools).
\n\t * Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
\n\t * Strong project management and multitasking ability.
