- Lead the multicultural sales and support teams in Indonesia and Vietnam, driving early engagement and a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Steam Turbine & Generator service portfolio.
- Manage relationships with business partners to expand market reach.
- Provide market and competitor insights to support business development.
- Coach and lead the team on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer-focused selling.
- Support technical clarifications and negotiations, emphasizing Siemens Energy's value.
- Drive growth through strategic campaigns in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Energy sectors.
- Foster a solutions-based sales mindset across the organization.
- Navigate high-pressure situations with strong communication and conflict management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the energy industry, including at least 12 years in technical sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with steam turbines and generators.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences and stakeholder levels.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and interface confidently with all levels of customer organizations.
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and a focus on value-based selling and technical differentiation.
- Excellent presentation capabilities and commercial acumen.
- Willing and able to travel 50% of time, including internationally
- Develop leadership skills by spearheading a multi-functional team of people to deliver a successful sales campaign.
- Develop strategic thinking through customer interaction, analytical thinking and decision making at various stages of the sales process.
- Develop commercial acumen through interacting with both customers and Siemens Energy legal and financial teams during the process of closing a deal.
