- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping for compliance and reporting.
- Support HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating staff activities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting management in daily operations.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.
