- Lead and drive the organisation’s social, digital, web and performance marketing strategy.
- Build a cohesive, data-driven, customer-centric digital ecosystem that strengthens brand relevance and accelerates demand generation.
- Translate business objectives into high‑impact digital execution across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Operates within the Digital, Brand & Communications function and aligned under the Centre of Excellence (COE) model.
- Works closely with Brand Creative Lead and Corporate Communications Lead to ensure alignment with brand direction and narrative.
- Accountable for performance outcomes across awareness, engagement, acquisition and conversion.
- Develop and execute integrated social, digital, web and performance strategies aligned to business and brand goals.
- Oversee social strategy, content planning, publishing, and community engagement to drive trust and advocacy.
- Manage website, SEO/SEM, content experience and optimise overall channel performance.
- Lead paid media performance marketing to maximise ROI, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Embed data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation across digital campaigns.
- Align digital initiatives to brand direction and partner with Product, Acquisition, IT, Customer and other teams for cohesive execution.
- Lead and develop the Social & Digital team, strengthening digital capability and accountability.
- Identify emerging tools, platforms and trends to keep the brand competitive and future‑ready.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in social, digital, web and performance marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in social media, web management, SEO/SEM, paid media and lead generation.
- Proven experience with agencies, budgets, and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategy and action.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Familiarity with Shariah Guidelines.
