- End-to-end management of operations for our precision engineering & cutting tool manufacturing facilities
- Oversee Engineering division in design, execution & continuous improvement of machined products as well as our manufacturing systems & processes
- Oversee Production, Planning & Control function to ensure smooth & timely process flow of raw material through to finished product
- Responsible for the budgeting and control of operation costs, both direct and indirect and for the implementation and control of approved budget.
- Responsible for the allocation of man power, machining equipment and material resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Organize, coach and manage staff within the plant and work with functional groups to ensure that day-to-day operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with major key customers as well as to ensure the achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that the buildings, the premises and all equipment contained therein are always clean, presentable and well maintained.
- Ensure compliance in statutory and legal requirement
- Adhere and compliance to our Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2015
- Minimum 5 years of machinical engineering related works
- Preferred: CNC Machining/Die-cast/injection molding industry experience
- Ability in creations of BOM, PMP, PFMEA and router creations
- Ability in established Department KPI, OEE and Tool Life Span
- Understand of machine utilization, SPC-CP & CPK, DFM and SSQA
- Good spoken & written English & Malay ability
- Eager to take responsibility and progress in a fast moving, data-driven company
