Our mission is to deliver sustainable and reliable energy solutions to our customers worldwide. Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt and dispatch of goods. Manage daily delivery schedules and transport arrangements. Ensure goods are shipped and delivered according to schedule. Handle shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations (e.g., MITI, SIRIM, CIDB, CIDBN). Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock accuracy and timely replenishment. Coordinate with production and sales departments for smooth flow of goods. Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to resolve delivery issues or delays. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer delivery expectations are met. Maintain logistics records and data in ERP or inventory systems. Prepare regular reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and delivery performance. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of working experience in logistics or shipping (manufacturing background preferred). Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
