About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Business Analyst - Cost & Expense Transformation Lead to spearhead the modernization of our Cost & Expense Analytics ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will lead the transformation of how cost and planning data is captured, processed, and reported across all markets-enabling faster, more reliable, and more insightful decision-making. This is more than just a reporting role-you will define the future state operating model , standardize processes and templates, and challenge legacy reporting to create a unified, scalable, and insight-driven platform. Alongside transformation work, you will also take full ownership of monthly execution processes , ensuring data accuracy, controls, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the target operating model for cost and planning analytics. Develop standardized data structures, templates, and reporting views for actuals, forecasts, and plans. Run monthly end-to-end processes , including data collection, validation, reconciliation, and control checks. Partner with finance and business teams to align on transformation priorities and ensure outputs meet decision-making needs. Work with data engineering and technology teams to automate workflows and build new platform capabilities. Maintain governance processes, control libraries, and data lineage documentation. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and guide junior analysts on process and platform enhancements. What We're Looking For 8-12 years of experience in cost analytics, FP&A, or finance transformation . Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts , cost centre hierarchies, function codes, and planning cycles. Proven track record in redesigning enterprise reporting processes or platforms . Solid experience in finance data validation, reconciliation, and controls . Exceptional business analysis skills -ability to understand complex scenarios and deliver practical solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx (preferred but not essential). Experience in insurance or complex global finance environments is a plus. Show more Show less
