- Meet or exceed orders financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.
- Create and execute on a comprehensive enterprise software sales plan
- Establish and maintain key executive relationships
- Work closely with the Honeywell Connected Plant (HCP) line of business on future portfolio needs, organic and inorganic
- Accurately plan and forecast orders to manager
- Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
- Grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets.
- Leverage all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business.
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Strong communication skills with the ability to address multiple levels of the internal and external organizations orally or in writing
- Planning and organizational skills
- Experience with executing software solution selling methodologies
- B2B sales & Channel Management experience, preferably in a software-oriented business
- Ability to think strategically and divergently while acting independently to successfully manage achievement of short-term goals
- comfortable to conduct 1-2 day pre-sales training / workshop to potential users.
- Prior using / working experience with Aspen Hysys / Aspen+, Honeywell UniSim, Aveva PRO/II, KBC Petro-Sim software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategy
- Strong organizational, digital, and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Industrial markets preferred. (ex. Refining, Oil, Gas, Mining, Chemicals)
- Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes
