Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for our enterprise fintech applications. Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of hands-on backend development experience, preferably in fintech or payment domains. Deep understanding of Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and software engineering best practices. Expertise in SQL and database optimization (MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL), plus experience with ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate). Strong grasp of secure coding standards (OWASP, PCI DSS, etc.) and compliance-aware development. Proficient in designing RESTful APIs, working with JSON, and integrating with external systems, plus experience with front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
