Sales Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or childcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the needs of kindergartens and learning centers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or/and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in selling educational programs or materials.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and language development.
• Existing network of contacts in the education sector.

• Identify and approach potential clients, including kindergartens, learning centers, and educational institutions.
• Present and demonstrate the Budding Bean language program to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new markets.
• Attend educational fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the program.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our program and services.
