Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to maximize conversions and sales opportunities.
Convert inquiries into successful sales through persuasive communication and expert product recommendations.
Upsell and cross-sell by suggesting the most suitable products based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
Manage order tracking, delivery updates, and returns-always turning challenges into opportunities for sales.
Handle post-purchase issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotions and boost revenue.
Continuously sharpen your sales techniques through ongoing training and performance coaching.
