- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or admin roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bookkeeping.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Manage office administration, including procurement, filing, and correspondence.
- Support Human Resources-related tasks such as attendance records, leave management, and staff claims.
- Coordinate with external accounting firm and service providers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
