Join us!Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesMerchant Success & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary contact for key merchant partners, building long-term relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.Ensure smooth collaboration between merchants and internal teams to drive sustained success.Strategic Account SupportPartner with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Service, Tech, Marketing) to execute for high-priority accounts.Own operational workflows including onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operations.Growth & Sales OptimizationIdentify and execute opportunities to boost sales and enhance activity performance.Ensure supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook's quality and content standards.Operational ExcellenceBuild strong expertise in Klook's backend and frontend systems to manage day-to-day operations effectively.Continuously refine processes to improve merchant experience and team efficiency.Skills & QualitiesA roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the willingness to dive into both high-impact and repetitive tasksDetail-oriented, organised, and motivated to proactively manage priorities and improve the merchant experienceEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and build trusted relationshipsComfortable working independently and cross-functionally with local and overseas teamsSelf-driven and focused even when handling routine or repetitive operational tasksKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
