Responsibilities Supporting customers on any pre/ post-order requirement, acting as main point of contact between customer and other departments in Efinix. Cross check price on customer PO against the price quoted, agreed payment terms and other T&C. Timely confirmation of the order delivery date to customer after confirming the PO. Work with the internal planning team to pull-in delivery if customer requested date is not met. Support order pull-in/push-out, cancelling P/O, credit issues, RMA and product change notification ( PCN ) depends on customer requirement. Set up direct account for regional sales and work well with contract manufacturers as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase order. Assist in promotion programs and campaigns to generate more customers and increased sales in the assigned geographic territory and/or customer segment. Periodic monitoring and coordinating with manufacturers to meet stipulated shipment schedule for the orders. To ensure all the necessary reports are to be updated by daily, weekly basis for monthly report preparation and submission.
