- Support complex, long‑cycle enterprise sales engagements and negotiations
- Monitor pipeline performance, forecasts, and sales metrics to ensure consistent results
- Proven experience in enterprise software / IT solution sales
- Strong people leadership capability with experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Track record of success in consultative, long‑cycle sales environments
- Able to understand and articulate complex customer business needs
- Confident engaging public sector, GLC, and corporate stakeholders
