This role will be responsible for supporting and managing the functions of the Human Resources, Administration, and Accounts departments, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, payroll & remuneration administration, employee engagement, performance management, and office management. Position: Full-time HR, Admin cum Account Executive (Entry to Mid Level) Work Location: Bandar Seri Putra Bangi, 43000 Kajang, Selangor Job Description: 1) HR Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs covering recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development. Prepare and assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission internally and externally for clients. Maintaining employee records and updating personal details Maintain administration records (medical, leave application, disciplinary issue, etc.) Plan and manage Employee Relations (ER) programmes and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management. Handle employee misconduct issues such as conducting counselling, issuing show cause, warning, suspension, termination, and other related to IR letters. Monitor, assist and evaluate staff Key Performance Indicator (KPI) 2) Admin Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and tracking deliveries Assist in preparing documents, reports, minutes, and presentations 3) Account Handle data entry, manage spreadsheets, and update databases To update bank transactions into Excel To prepare Payment Vouchers Filing documents Requirements: Minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent. Min. 1 - 3 years' experience in Human Resources and Admin. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.). Own transport and willingness to travel when needed.
