We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Operations Specialist to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our core business systems (e.g., BlueYonder, Talend, WSO2, Citrix, Microsoft Dynamics). You will ensure high availability, security, and stability of critical business systems while driving the development of automated operations frameworks to support the company's digital transformation strategy.Key Responsibilities
1. System Operations & Monitoring
o Manage daily operations, health checks, and performance monitoring of enterprise software (SAP/Oracle/CRM), ensuring 24/7 system stability.
o Establish and enhance monitoring systems for automated fault alerts and rapid incident response.
2. Troubleshooting & Optimization
o Lead root cause analysis for complex system failures; implement solutions and improvements.
o Optimize database (Oracle/SQL Server/HANA/MongoDB/etc.) and middleware performance to boost system throughput.
3. Change & Release Management
o Govern production change/release processes with rollback strategies to ensure zero-error deployments.
o Coordinate with dev/test teams for patch installations, version upgrades, and system scaling.
4. Security & Compliance
o Implement system hardening strategies; conduct vulnerability scans and penetration test remediation.
o Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR/MLPS Level 2, etc.).
5. Automation & Documentation
o Develop automation scripts (Shell/Python/Ansible) for routine operations.
o Maintain operations manuals, disaster recovery plans, and technical documentation.
6. Disaster Recovery & High Availability
o Design/execute disaster recovery drills; ensure RPO/RTO targets; lead DR environment setup.Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Experience:

o 2+ years in enterprise software (SAP/Oracle EBS/MS Dynamics) operations.
o Good at managing/tuning at least one major database (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server).
o Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server OS and middleware (WebLogic/Tomcat).

Technical Skills:

o Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
o Proficient in monitoring tools (Zabbix/Nagios/Prometheus).
o Scripting skills (Shell/Python/Perl).

Soft Skills:

o Exceptional troubleshooting and stress management; ability to lead P1 incident response.
o Strong cross-team collaboration to resolve complex issues.Preferred Qualifications

Fluent Mandarin Speaking
Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) of enterprise software.
Certifications: SAP Basis/Oracle DBA/ITIL.
Containerization (Docker/K8s) or IaC (Terraform) experience.
