IT Executive (Kuching)

• Working Hours: From 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

• At least 1-2 years experiences in IT Support or IT related experience.
• Experience in POS (Point of Sale) system experience especially in F&B will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
• Able to work independently and travel as when and needed
• Possess own transport

• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including software and hardware
• Providing timely and effective technical support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity both corporate offices and F&B outlets when as needed
• Training of staff/crew on the use of software or hardware and providing ongoing support to ensure efficient operations.
• Managing IT projects, such as implementing new software, upgrading hardware, or integrating new technologies.
• Analyzing data from POS systems and other sources to identify trends, improve efficiency, to enhance the customer experience.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Working effectively with other departments (Marketing, Graphic Department etc) to ensure smooth operations

• Salary Range: RM2,500 to RM2,999
