POSITION SUMMARY: The People Development & Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering a strong organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting professional development initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing talent development programs, engagement activities, and recognition strategies that align with WORQ's mission and values . JOB DESCRIPTION S: I) People Engagement & Culture Build ingDesign and implement initiatives that foster a vibrant, collaborative, and high-performing work culture aligned with company valu es.Develop and execute engagement programs, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and internal events to drive employee mora le.Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring strong integration of company values into daily operations and decision-maki ng.Gather insights through surveys and feedback mechanisms to continuously refine engagement strategi es. II) Driving Learning & Engagement Ecosy stemChampion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organizat ion.Develop and oversee structured learning pathways for employees, focusing on leadership, professional growth, and upskilling throughout their employee journ eys.Implement a blended learning approach, leveraging workshops, e-learning, mentoring, and peer coach ing.Track and measure the impact of L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business ne eds.Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted development progr ams.Establish internal knowledge-sharing forums, fireside chats, and best-practice exchanges among employees and memb ers. III) Broaden Learning & Development Programmes as Community Offe ringsCollaborate with WORQ Community Team to extend WORQ's L&D initiatives beyond internal employees by developing learning programs for the broader coworking commu nity.Build strategic partnerships with industry experts, trainers, and institutions to offer high-value learning experie nces.Design scalable and revenue-generating L&D programs that reinforce WORQ's positioning as a hub for business growth and innova tion.Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback and engagement analytics to continuously improve offer ings. IV) As part of the HR team, you are also expect ed to:Collaborate and support Human Resources department with any tasks/responsibilities/pro jects.Perform other or ad hoc duties / projects and responsibilities as assigned by the superior and manag ement. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPE RIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or exp erience.Minimum of three years of work experience in human resources/administration and support of talent development/engagement act ivities.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; highly collaborative team approach to work.Organization, strong attention to detail, and responsiveness are critical because of the high visibility of this team's work within the company.Successful record of managing multiple projects with demonstrated ability to work independently preferably in a fast-growing envi ronment.Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with a diverse network of administrative leadership a nd staffA passion for internal employee communications as a key culture-building tool to help boost engagement, belonging, an d morale
