Job Description Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality, SOP adherence, and smooth workflow across the Hot Preparation area Lead SAT2 meetings and coordinate actions with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues quickly. Oversee manpower allocation, monitor inventory, and support execution of production plans. Work with the engineering & maintenance team to minimize downtime and address equipment failures. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures. Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap & rework Lead safety practices, conduct accident investigations, and develop operator skills through structured training. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered). Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in production, manufacturing, or process operations; leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, rubber processing, or similar industries is an advantage.
