Job Descriptions: Perform detailed reconciliation of intercompany balances (AP vs AR) Investigate mismatches in amounts,currencies,tax,exchange rates,or posting periods Work with business teams to collect missing documentation Ensure all IC transactions end to end and ensure timely postings Maintain IC calendars,cut off timelines,and SLA compliance Create,post and monitor intercompany transactions (sales,charges,allocations,cross charges) Ensure correct use of IC GL accounts,cost centers,profit centers,and company codes. Review IC balances and prepare supporting documentation. Coordinate with counterpart entity for confirmations and discrepancy clearing Assist in month end closing activities related to IC Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin and Accounting Professional Certificates 2 to 5 years in Finance Reporting in SSC or BPO. Experience in SAP/Blackline is added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
