Import Export Executive

• Manage daily operations for Import and Export activities.
• Coordinate internally and externally for planning and delivery arrangements.
• Receive and process shipment orders from local Customer Service for the Asian market.
• Handle shipment arrangements for local customers. Check production completion dates for all markets covered by the Malaysia plant.
• Liaise with Sales Administration on delivery and shipment schedules.
• Prepare full documentation from stock picking to billing prior to container loading.
• Communicate with internal teams (Production, QA, Customer Service, PMC) and HQ IE Department on export delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and Customs Department for import and export shipments.
• Calculate duties and taxes for payment preparation.
• Follow up with suppliers, vendors, and the purchasing department on import shipments.
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize logistics cost efficiency.
• Manage ad-hoc import and export shipments via air and sea. Handle Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) and cost analysis applications.
• Prepare and submit monthly Freight Cost Accrual Reports for the Finance Department.
• Apply for MIDA duty exemptions and prepare Duty Exemption tally sheets (Lampiran M) for Customs submission.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all import/export activities comply with Quality Management System requirements.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in import/export or manufacturing environments.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam plant and relocate to Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
