- Drive outlet growth by identifying priority outlets, planning tailored sales activities, and ensuring each outlet receives the right product mix for its consumer profile.
- Execute in-market initiatives such as product placements, displays, and tactical promotions to strengthen brand visibility and boost conversion at key touchpoints.
- Use data and insights to review outlet performance and propose targeted actions to improve sales results in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing activations, merchandising support, and customer requests, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-through.
- A self-starter with strong ownership, able to plan your day, manage your territory, and follow through on commitments.
- An agile team player who adapts quickly to changing priorities, market shifts, or outlet requirements-and remains solutions-oriented even when things get challenging.
- A collaborative communicator who builds trust with customers and internal teams, shares ideas proactively, and contributes positively to the team culture.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license-A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
- Willing to relocate as required, would be an added advantage
