What would you do Employee Engagement Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement events. Provide overall support to ensure that employees have a meaningful experience. Employee Survey Rollout: Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee surveys. Support in tracking survey responses and ensuring high participation rates. Help in analyzing survey data and compiling results. Assist in creating presentations and reports based on survey findings. Social Media Engagement: Create fun and engaging social media posts covering employee engagement events. Capture photos and videos during events to use for social media content. Work with the team to schedule and post content on various social media platforms. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages related to events. Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns to boost employee participation and engagement. Employer Branding: Assist in planning and executing employer branding events and initiatives. Create and curate content that highlights the company culture, values, and employee stories. Support in developing and maintaining the company's employer branding strategy. Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other employer branding activities. Who should join us Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
