Performance Frameworks: Build and operate KPI Scorecards , defining metrics and reporting trends for internal and external stakeholders. Governance & Audit: Maintain high standards of documentation and process controls to ensure constant audit readiness. Stakeholder Influence: Guide and challenge business units to drive behavioral change in tool usage and governance practices. Lean Execution: Prioritize high-impact outcomes without over-engineering frameworks.
