Retail Campaign Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute retail-driven marketing campaignsDrive traffic to stores through tactical promotions, thematic campaigns, festive activations, and co-branded programs.2. Retail Event ManagementPlan and coordinate in-store activations, pop-ups, roadshows, trunk shows, and outlet-level events.Collaborate with the events, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless executions.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to ensure campaign visibility across online and offline channels.Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan monthly and quarterly promotions tied to stock performance, new launches, or supplier initiatives.4. Product Category HandlingSupport the growth of the assigned categories across the retail network.Work with suppliers and brand principals to plan launches, promo support, in-store visibility, and staff education materials.Propose campaign ideas to uplift product sell-through and maintain strong category performance.5. Reporting & AnalysisTrack campaign and store performance (traffic, sales uplift, product take-up).Compile post-campaign reports and event reviews with ROI analysis.Recommend improvements for future campaigns based on data and store feedback.Manfaat
