- Develop and implement the Group’s human capital strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term business growth.
- Partner closely with the Group CEO and senior leadership team to drive organisational transformation, leadership capability and workforce productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and Remuneration Committee on human capital matters.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development and talent pipeline initiatives across the Group.
- Drive organisational design to support business expansion, operational efficiency and future growth.
- Implement talent management frameworks including performance management, HiPo development and leadership pipelines.
- Oversee industrial relations strategy across manufacturing operations, including union engagement where applicable.
- Provide guidance on labour relations, dispute resolution, disciplinary matters and compliance with employment legislation.
- Ensure stable employee relations and proactive workforce engagement across plants and corporate offices.
- Oversee Group-wide compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with PLC governance requirements.
- Work closely with the Board Remuneration Committee on executive remuneration, incentive frameworks and governance disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia governance standards and statutory regulations.
- Drive HR operational excellence including HR policies, processes, shared services and HR technology.
- Standardise HR practices across subsidiaries and operating entities.
- Strengthen data-driven HR through people analytics and workforce planning.
- Shape a high-performance culture aligned with the Group’s values and operational discipline.
- Lead employee engagement strategies across diverse workforce segments including corporate and manufacturing employees.
- Support organisational transformation, integration initiatives and change management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial or large corporates.
- Proven experience operating at Group / regional HR leadership level.
- Strong exposure to industrial relations, union environments and labour legislation.
- Experience working with Board-level stakeholders and Remuneration Committees in a PLC environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organisation transformation, leadership development and HR governance frameworks.
