Job Category: Engineering, ManufacturingDegree Level: BachelorsJob Description:Seeking a Senior Device Engineer to suppor ISMF manufacturing ramp and strengthen device and yield performance. This role provides technical ownership across device, process, and probe test activities to ensure smooth ramp-up, drive cost savings, and improve factory yield.Responsibilities:
Support ISMF ramp and ensure stable device performance.
Lead and contribute to cost reduction and process simplication initiatives
Perform daily lot disposition to ensure smooth manufacturing operation
Perform daily yield monitoring, data analysis, excursion containment, and continuous yield improvement.
Manage device release activities in collaboration with Process, Probe, Product, and ATO.
Execute DOEs, characterize process windows, and address issues in Wafer Fab, Probe, Assembly, and Final Test.
Qualifications:
Degree in E&E Engineering, Physics, Materials, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
