- Assist the Head of Sales with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, tender documents, company profiles, and proposals.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue bookings, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage travel arrangements for the sales team, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and offsite events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain ongoing email correspondence to support business continuity.
- Liaise within the sales team to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and track sales targets; assist in preparing monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc analytical tasks.
- Support the submission of expense claims and manage customer feedback documentation.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and a responsible work ethic.
