You will provide second level day-to-day operation support of Linux/Unix environment, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels. Having knowledge of scripting, clustering technology will be an added advantage. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
