Willing to travel to different states Ensures products are properly displayed and checks product availability at designated retail stores in designated areas. Provide feedback on inventory availability, market information, customer information, and competitor information. Execute continuous improvement activities to improve sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Provide feedback/respond to customer inquiries while increasing customer interaction. Identify and replace damaged or expired merchandise while delivering promotional creative within assigned area. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least SPM Level/O Level in any field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Demonstrated fluency in the local language, preferably Malay, English and Chinese, both written and spoken. Demonstrate basic knowledge of industry/product/competitors Must have own transportation.
