Senior Facility Executive

• Direct assigned facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations and project completion.
• Support reporting Sr Technician / Technician in troubleshooting problems encountered.
• Supervising & monitoring systems including Electrical, HVAC, Clean room, LEV, FMCS, PCW, CDA, RODI, water supply, Fire Fighting and Building Maintenance.
• To undertake specific tasks / projects given by line manager pertaining to the facilities department.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure maintenance activities are being carried out properly to ensure the plant is being operated in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and upkeep predictive & preventive maintenance programs for facilities systems.
• Develop and upkeep operation & maintenance work instructions and checklists for facilities systems.
• Upkeep individual facilities systems design drawings and OEM manuals.
• To do project management and supervise / coordinate work of contractors.
• Liaise with other departments, contractors, and vendors in daily operation activities.
• Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, SAMB, DOSH, DOE and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
• Abide by legal standards by DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and company safe practices on all work assignments.
• Ensure quick response / restoration in any emergency situation.
• Ensure and maintain 5S at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility.
• Evaluate needs for facility staff training.
• Identify and evaluate HIRAC and aspect impact and take necessary action to eliminate / reduce the impact / hazard.
• Any other ad hoc duties by immediate supervisor as required.

• Qualification : 1) Cert / Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field. 2) Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience : With minimum 8 years work experience and more than 5 years relevant work experience.
• Skill : 1) Candidates who possess a Chargeman certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage. 2) Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and RBA is an added advantage. 3) Knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Language : Good verbal and inter-communication skills in English and Malay.
