Staff Engineer GaN Technology Development

In your new role you will:
- Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration withapplication, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams.
- Work together with Unit process Development experts to define process requirements and optimization with process modules.
- Set up new Process of Records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration).
- Plan (using Design of Experiment technique), coordinate and evaluate experiments.
- Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline.
- Define and design test structure for process control, assess the data and correlate to process and device characteristics.
- Perform electrical device measurement & characterizations.
- Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering,microelectronics, physics, material engineering or other relevantstudies.
- 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for exampleprocess integration, technology development or TCAD simulation.
- Experience with power device characterization and modeling.
- Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team player.
