- Execute the SBD content strategy.
- Develop content that supports lead gen, nurtures prospects, and accelerates the buyer journey.
- Contribute to pipeline growth by creating content designed for SEO, paid media, PR, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Create content across all formats, including website copy, imagery, gated content, case studies, videos, and social content.
- Collaborate with product marketing, design, and digital teams to create compelling campaign assets.
- Regularly report on KPIs and iterate content strategies based on insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
- Demonstrated success creating content that drive measurable results.
- Excellent storytelling, editing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Domain expertise in B2B and/or B2C SaaS software products, especially targeting the SMB audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical information into business benefits and thought leadership themes.
- Editorial mindset with an ability to understand the audience’s content preferences.
- Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage and motivate other team members.
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Hands on experience with SEO, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Demonstrated experience of designing and executing strong inbound generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums.
- Solid understanding of web publishing requirements.
- BSc / BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field.
- Proven professional experience in the technology industry.
- Proven experience in content marketing.
- Domain expertise with enterprise application software, cloud computing / SaaS business solutions.
