About The Job Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor and reconcile transitory accounts, payment providers, bank accounts, general ledger, and customer accounts to identify discrepancies. Perform daily reconciliation of cash applications, credit card transactions, and bank transactions, including EGC and vouchers. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer payments and accounts. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents. Collaborate with the local finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards, as well as with store staff and the client service team. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payments. Support month-end closing activities and reporting. Prepare documentation for audits as required. Perform ad hoc tasks and provide backup support as needed, along with other accounting duties as assigned.
