- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the plant, covering recruitment for production, technical and support roles, industrial relations, workforce planning, manpower optimisation, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Own performance management and people effectiveness, driving clear goal-setting, performance cycles, skills development programmes, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll and cost management, including administration, payroll coordination, cost controls, and advisory support on remuneration matters to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Ensure robust HR governance and statutory compliance, maintaining adherence to the Employment Act 1955, company policies, safety, health and environmental standards, and supporting internal and external audits (ISO, safety, HR compliance).
- Manage foreign workforce administration and mobility, including sourcing, quota applications, permits, visas, FOMEMA requirements, and coordination of staff business travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with government authorities, managing vendors and facilities, overseeing contracts and budgets, maintaining accurate HR reporting, and driving consistent communication and enforcement of company policies.
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
- Comes with around 6 - 8 years of experience in HR operations and administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with foreign worker management, industrial relations, and local labour laws. Experienced with ISO, audit, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
