Our continued success depends on it!Responsibilities:Task include reviewing the documents from our CM supplier’s documents and convert to local (Insulet Malaysia) SOP format.Check the documents to ensure they are meeting local processes flow.Some knowledge in Manufacturing Operation and understanding of Omnipod process.Scorecard production line efficiency, scrap, and downtime performanceProvide daily update to supervisor/coach.Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor/ coach.To learn and explore in communication methodology and through task assignments.Ability to be independent and self-motivated.Monitor data collection systems and trend dataAnalyze large amounts of data to present clear, actionable information to the teamAnalyze and improve current business process to improve business efficiency.Interact with cross functional teams to lead long term process improvement and implementation projectsUphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.Maintain a cGMP compliant environment and operate within FDA guidelines.Perform other duties as required.Education and Experience:Minimum Requirements:Enrolled as BS or MS candidate in engineering course or at least final year in engineering course or similar fieldMS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and data analytics toolsOnly for Malaysian studentsPreferred Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Microsoft OfficeData Analysis: Minitab, JMP, ExcelCAD: Solidworks, AutoCADMulti-language fluency preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)
