
Service Sales Manager

- Secure recurring revenue streams through upselling reliability services contracts to existing and new customers across all end markets.
- Coordinate with end market sales teams and service teams to achieve country service sales targets.
- Update sales opportunity information accurately and regularly into Rotork sales management system (CE) ensuring accurate reporting and order input forecasting.
- Educate, coach and mentor others to effectively and confidently sell all Service products.
- Work in partnership with end markets sales team to target and access new markets and customers.
- Carry out sales activity with customers including site surveys, sales support, contract negotiation, product presentations and seminars.
- Provide insights into market trends, competition and customers' needs.
- Be prepared to travel as needed (National and International) to achieve the sales targets and growth opportunities in the country.
- Sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal)
- Proven track record of success, likely to be gained from over 5 years in a similar role
- Previous experience of leading and managing others
- Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
- Technical knowledge of Actuation is preferred
- Capable of communicating at all levels
- Technical knowledge of actuation is preferred.
- Exposure to Indonesia and Vietnam market will be the added advantage
