Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assist with the maintenance and administration of insurance core system and associated frontend systems. Key Responsibilities: Act as the application service desk, managing incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow platform. Provide first-level support for the insurance core system and associated frontend systems. Assist in troubleshooting software issues. Monitor and maintain computer systems. Assist in managing user accounts and permissions. Prepare periodic reports on system support tickets and service desk performance. Document issues and solutions to build a knowledge base. Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when necessary. Support backup and recovery procedures. Follow IT policies and ensure compliance with security standards. Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business analytics / computer science / data analytics. At least 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, System Support or System Analyst role. Experience in Life and/or General insurance with in-depth understanding of insurance products and processes. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
