This position is responsible for To design beautiful, functional, and cost-effective packaging for our products. Focus on creating designs that are visually appealing, practical, and sustainable, ensuring they align with both our brand identity and market requirements. To collaborate with Marketing department, leveraging your knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and regulations to deliver packaging solutions that stand out and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities: PACKAGING DESIGN Design and develop creative, functional, and cost-effective packaging solutions for a variety of products. Develop and implement design for Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand values Collaborate with Marketing Departments, to ensure packaging aligns with product specifications and brand guidelines. Ensure all packaging designs comply with specs for printing Ensure timely delivery of packaging designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Manage the archival and filing of approved design files GRAPHIC DESIGN Design Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing key visuals, posters, brochures, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines. Shopper Materials: Develop eye-catching in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional signage to enhance product visibility. Packaging Design: Design product packaging that reflects the brand identity and appeals to target consumers while adhering to regulatory requirements. Social Media Graphics: Produce graphics and content for social media platforms to engage audiences and promote products effectively. PACK SHOT IMAGE CREATION Develop and create ecommerce ready product 3D rendering ARTWORK FILES CURATION & FILING Manage asset libraries and ensure all assets are up-to-date and organised Requirements/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. More than 3 years of packaging design and FA output Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of packaging & graphic designs. Experience with 3D modelling and animation Familiarity with packaging design in food and beverage. Working knowledge of Mid Journey, Canva Strong professional experience of design software, printing processes, and packaging colour & material standards. Knowledge of packaging printing practices. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and design skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers in a fast-paced environment. Track record of producing high performance content Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CAD, or other relevant tools. Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator: For vector graphics and illustrations. Adobe Photoshop: For photo editing and raster graphics. Adobe InDesign: For layout design, especially for complex multi-page packages. 3D Design Software: Adobe Dimension: For creating 3D designs and packaging mockups.
