Responsibilities: Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate At least 6 months of working experience, preferably in Customer Service / Voice & Chat support Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services. Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in Korean and English including written and verbal communication skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
