
Account Assistant

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting software like SQL is an advantage)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate entries
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents, receipts, and records
- Monitor and manage petty cash claims and staff reimbursements
- Support the preparation of reports for management or auditors
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling emails, and document control
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager
