MohonKelayakanIntermediate Position. LCCI and Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Possess Diploma or Professional qualification in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel. Familiar with SQL accounting software and SQL Payroll software will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, Highly organized, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Maintain high level of integrity and confidentially at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, positive work attitude and willing to learn.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle full set of accounts, including day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records maintenance within the timeframe and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and other reconciliations (AP, AR).
  • Update and maintain accurate Fixed Asset Listing.
  • Manage and review payments, receipts, and company transactions to ensure accuracy with proper documentation and processing.
  • Timely update customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable such as processing sales invoices, and sales credit notes.
  • Preparation of audit and tax schedules and address related queries for year-end audits.
  • Responsible for filing SST return in accordance with current tax regulations.
  • Handle E-Invoice and submission in accordance with current tax regulations
  • Handle Human Resources and Process monthly payroll accurately and promptly in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain petty cash distribution.
  • Collaborate with company secretary, auditors, banker and tax agents on compliance with prevailing regulations on tax-related matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
